Employment Consultant - IEA Right now, we are in the middle of something exciting.
Our team is growing, and we have multiple Employment Consultant roles across portfolios.
These aren't roles we have had sitting empty, they are positions created because we are doing more and we need good people around us to do it well.
Your customer service skills can change someone's life.
You already know how to listen, problem-solve and build trust with people in difficult moments.

You do not need prior employment services experience.
If you have worked in retail, hospitality, customer service, call centres, administration or community work, we would like to hear from you.
What the Role Involves · Working one-on-one with participants to understand their goals and build a plan to achieve them Connecting participants with local employers and matching people to the right opportunities Actively building relationships with local employers to create job opportunities Promoting participants' strengths and matching them to suitable roles Identifying barriers and coordinating support services or training where needed Managing your own caseload, priorities, and follow-ups to keep things moving Maintaining accurate records and meeting program compliance requirements What You Will Bring • Strong interpersonal skills: you can build rapport quickly and handle difficult conversations with empathy • Tech savvy confident in using computers online systems • Problem-solving ability and a positive, can-do approach • Good organisation and attention to detail:
accurate record-keeping matters in this role • A genuine desire to see others succeed • Experience in any customer-facing role is an advantage; employment services experience is not required Transferable Skills Welcome If you have built your career in retail, hospitality, call centres, administration, or community services, your skills are directly applicable here.
