We are seeking a customer-focused Service Desk Support Officer to join our team and provide first-level IT support to end users across the business.
Working within an ITIL Service Management framework, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, resolving incidents and service requests, and supporting the ongoing improvement of IT services.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a range of End User Computing initiatives while working in a collaborative and quick-paced support environment.
This role will be a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Hobart, TAS.
