About You Minimum Diploma of youth work or a relevant qualification in the area of practice Minimum 3 years' experience in social and community programs Ability to effectively supervise and develop staff and volunteers Demonstrated experience working with people of all ages and physical attributes Hold a current driver's licence Our Commitment to Safeguarding PCYC Queensland is committed to creating protected, inclusive environments where children and young people are protected, respected and supported to thrive.
