ALTO HOMES PTY LTD is seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineering Draftsperson to join our team on a full-time basis.
The Prospect This role will provide drafting and technical documentation support across residential construction and development projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for producing accurate civil drawings, updating plans and working with project stakeholders to ensure documentation meets project requirements.
Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed civil engineering drawings and plans for residential projects.
Develop site, drainage, earthworks and other civil drawings as required.
Interpret engineering plans, specifications and technical information.
Update drawings to reflect design changes and project requirements.
Review drawings for accuracy, completeness and consistency.
Coordinate drafting requirements with engineers, consultants and construction personnel.
Maintain drawing files,



revisions and technical documentation.
Provide drafting support throughout the various stages of project delivery.
About You We are looking for someone who has: A relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, Civil Drafting or a related discipline.
Previous experience in civil engineering drafting or a similar role.
Good knowledge of civil drawings, plans and technical documentation.
Experience using CAD or relevant drafting software.
Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
Good communication and organisational skills.
The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
