About the Role
We are seeking ahigh-performing,committed, andexperiencedOperations Supervisorto oversee thefast-paced,dynamicdaily activities of our operations team inJandakot.
This role includes beingon-call every second week (24/7).
You will be responsible fordaily run allocation,performance monitoring,safety and compliance, and providingstrong leadership,support, andguidanceto staff while maintainingexcellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate daily job allocation, ensuring drivers, routes, and vehicles are scheduled accurately and efficiently
Manage and monitor subcontractors, ensuring strong performance, compliance, and service quality
Oversee day-to-day collection and recycling operations, maintaining strictsafety,service standards, andenvironmental compliance
Conduct end-of-daydebriefs, monitor timelines and breaks, and ensure all routes are completed as scheduled
Stayacross all daily operations, proactively resolving issues and supporting drivers to keep services running smoothly
Support driverinductions, training, and development
Manage operational reporting, assist withincident follow-ups, and coordinatevehicle maintenancewith the workshop

Strong skills inscheduling,



dispatch, and resource planning
Excellent communication and acustomer-first mindset
Ability to stay organized and prioritize in afast-paced environment
Proactive, solution-focused, and results-driven approach
High attention to detail with solidadministration and reporting skills
Microsoft Office
Waste industry experience highly regarded
