As a subsidiary of Sidetrade with a growing payments operation processin g over $1BN annually, we need robust fin ancial controls, time ly reporting, and governance that scales.
We also have a major systems migration ahead - moving from Xero to NetSuite - which will transform how we operate financially.




We are seeking a reliable Finance Manager to take ownership of financial reporting integrity, compliance, and audit management across the group.
In this role, you will oversee the accounting function through leadership of the Finance Team and act as the primary custodian of the company's financial control environment.
This is a high-trust, high-autonomy role focused on governance, reporting discipline, and financial oversight within a growing organisation.
Your team You'll lead a small finance team and work closely with the Payments Manager as we scale our operations and platform in the US and Europe, and liaise regularly with our French headquarters on reporting and finance matters.
The team is hands-on, team-oriented, and practical.

You'll have autonomy to shape finance processes and reporting as we scale, and you'll be the primary custodian of our financial control environment.
