We are searching for an additional active, energetic, happy, team player that would like to join the IQS Solutions team.

Tasks & responsibilities
Assist in everyday operations of the warehouse and keeping warehouse well maintained and tidy
Unloading and loading of delivery vehicles by hand or forklift
Unpacking stock and storing stock in warehouse
Stock control – inwards/outwards, regular stocktakes
Quoting, Processing Customer Orders, raising Purchase orders, Receipting of goods in, processing and despatching orders to customers
Picking and checking orders
Organise order pickup/delivery with freight providers
Assisting customers face to face in store with product enquiries and order collection.
Communicate with customers in person, phone or email to provide them with the products and services they require.
May be involved in the embroidery department,



picking clothing orders, operating the machines and packing orders.

Qualifications & experience
Must hold a forklift license
Previous Warehouse, Inventory and customer service experience preferred but not essential
Must be a reliable person that is available to work, Monday to Friday, within the store hours 8am - 4pm
Able to do 38 hours each week
Must have reliable transport to and from work.
Attention to detail in all areas of the role is essential.
Applicant requires good computer skills and be a quick learner
Ability to enjoy and handle a fast-paced workplace
Lifting is required so need to be fit and able for the role.
Great customer service skills and enjoy communicating with customers.
Able to work unsupervised.
Helpful, keen, team player
Personal presentation & hygiene is required at a high standard as you will be assisting customers
Cheerful and happy nature is necessary as the job role involves counter service and sales
Training provided

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
