We are currently seeking enthusiastic and hard-working Bakers (with qualifications or previous baking experience) for Bakers Delight in Somerville.

At Bakers Delight our Bakers are responsible for:
Assisting in product preparation and baking
Baking and presenting quality product to meet changing customer needs
Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the bakery
Assisting the Bakery Manager with stock control and production expenses
Dough making
Oven work
Maintaining bakery cleanliness to WHS Standards
Ordering stock and stock take
On going Training and mentoring apprentice bakers

The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Proven baking experience
Reliable transportation
Excellent communication and time management skills




Ability to work in a rapid paced/adaptable environment
Passion for baking

To be successful in this position, formal baking qualifications are highly regarded and baking experience with Bakers Delight is an advantage.

You will be a reliable and self-motivated team player with a ‘can do’ attitude and excellent time management and organisational skills.
