We are seeking an experienced and proactive Technical Analyst to join our team and support the delivery of complex ICT systems and enterprise technology solutions.
This role is ideal for a technically skilled professional with experience across Linux and Windows environments, enterprise infrastructure,



and Atlassian platforms including Jira and Confluence.
You will provide expert technical advice, perform systems analysis, support critical ICT environments, and drive continuous improvement through process optimisation and technical innovation.
Working closely with technical teams, stakeholders, and vendors, you will play a key role in delivering Level 2 and Level 3 support, implementing complex system changes, and contributing to successful Atlassian Server-to-Cloud migration initiatives.
This role will be a 10-month fixed-term contract based in office in Darwin.
