We are now on the hunt for an outstanding people leader to coach, inspire and manage the team at Casterton Pool this summer season.
This is a casual role (November - April) , leading the day-to-day operations of a much-loved community facility.
The Role As Centre Manager, you'll take ownership of the pool's operational, financial and program deliverables , ensuring a safe, welcoming and enjoyable experience for all patrons.
You'll lead a passionate team, drive performance, and maintain strong relationships with the local Council and community stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Ensure safety and wellbeing of staff and visitors through effective policies, processes and compliance Lead, coach and develop the team to achieve KPIs and deliver excellent customer service Drive a high-performance, community-focused culture with visible, supportive leadership Deliver against operational and financial targets Build and maintain robust relationships with local Council Recruit and develop passionate staff, supporting clear career progression pathways Maintain facilities to approved standards in line with contract requirements About You You are an up-and-coming leader with energy, vision and a passion for leisure.
