Job Title - Solution Architect - Analytics Technical Advisory and System Integration Job Id ******* Security Clearance: NV1 Clearance Length of Contract: 12 with 2 x 12 months extension possibility The role closes on 30/08/2026 Location: Symonston, ACT Skills, qualifications and experience required: Engage senior leaders to gather insights on data as a Fundamental Input into Capability, AI/ML strategy, data tooling and capability, and implementation roadmap.
Synthesize complex information into transparent recommendations for the chain of command.
Act as a liaison between strategic planners, technical teams, and operational stakeholders to support strategy execution on data strategy and AI/ML in a non-war fighting context.
Assist in development and refinement of Army G0 Fusion data and AI/ML strategy.
Provide ongoing SME guidance on secure data platforms across on-prem and cloud, AI/ML technologies, and modern ICT practices.
Define architectural patterns for data platforms and ML systems within the enterprise ICT ecosystem.
Assist the Commonwealth with design end-to-end data and machine learning solutions, including data pipelines, model deployment, and monitoring.
Align with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance requirements.
Guide integration across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid systems Undertake security assessments of web based decision support systems, AI solution across on-prem and cloud hosting environment consistent with the ISM.
Assist with design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines to support model training and inference.
Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models for decision support and operational analytics.
Ensure model governance, explainability, security, and ethical use of AI.
Development of data, AI, and architectural standards and governance frameworks.

Leads integration work in line with the agreed system and service design.
Monitors and reports on the results of each integration and build.
Designs and builds integration components and interfaces.
Contributes to the overall design of the service and the definition of criteria for product and component selection.
Contributes to development of systems integration policies, standards and tools.
