Manufacturing Award – C14 Entry Level

Polycell is seeking a Casual Process Worker to assist in our production operations.

This role is classified under the Manufacturing and Associated Industries and Occupations Award (MA000010) at C14.0 entry level.

Employment Details:
Casual position (Permanent Full-Time option available)
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
Paid at C14.0 Award rate + 25% casual loading
Ongoing work available for suitable candidates
Overtime available

Role Overview

This is an entry-level production role working under supervision.

Duties include:
Assisting with operation of production machinery
Basic machine monitoring
Product assembly and packaging
Performing visual quality checks
Maintaining a clean and safe work area
Following safety and production procedures

This role involves standing for extended periods and light to moderate manual handling.

Requirements
Reliable and punctual
Able to follow instructions and safety procedures




Physically capable of production work
Previous manufacturing experience advantageous but not essential

This role is paid strictly in accordance with the Manufacturing Award C14 classification. Progression opportunities may be available for suitable candidates.
