Job Summary

Sarkaria Autozone is seeking an experienced Full-Time Motor Mechanic to join our professional workshop. This role focuses on general servicing, repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance of light vehicles in a rapid-paced setting.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Inspect, service, and repair a wide range of light vehicles
Detect and diagnose mechanical and electrical faults
Perform scheduled maintenance such as oil changes, brakes, suspension, steering, and tune-ups
Repair and replace worn or defective parts
Use computer-based diagnostic tools to identify faults
Test vehicles after repairs to ensure safety and performance
Ensure compliance with safety and pollution regulations
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop
Complete job cards and follow workshop procedures





Requirements and Necessary Experience:
Qualified Motor Mechanic with minimum 3 years’ experience in a quick-paced workshop
Australian Qualification required:
Certificate III and/or IV in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology
Certificate IV in Automotive Mechanical Diagnosis
Strong work ethic and self-motivated attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Salary & Employment Details:
Attractive salary: $78,000 – $80,000 + Superannuation
