GOJIP is a busy Korean BBQ restaurant located in Underwood, a strong focus on great food, excellent service and a positive team environment.

We are looking for a reliable, motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working in a busy restaurant, leading a team and making sure every service runs smoothly.

About the Role

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will work closely with the management team and help oversee the day-to-day operation of the restaurant.

Your responsibilities will include:
Supervising and supporting the front-of-house team during service
Allocating staff and coordinating the team during busy periods
Ensuring excellent customer service and a welcoming atmosphere
Monitoring the overall flow of service
Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally
Assisting with opening and closing procedures
Supporting staff training and onboarding
Communicating effectively with the kitchen and management team
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
Following food safety, workplace health & safety and restaurant procedures
Assisting with stock control and daily operational tasks
Supporting the Restaurant Manager with general restaurant operations

About You





The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in a restaurant, hospitality or supervisory role
Strong communication and leadership skills
A positive and qualified attitude
The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Good organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent customer service skills
A strong work ethic and reliable attendance
The confidence to lead a team during busy services
Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays

Korean BBQ or Korean restaurant experience is highly regarded but not essential.
