Casual Cook – Li’l Darlin Crows Nest

We're a lively 120-seat bar and restaurant in the heart of Crows Nest, dishing up tapas and pizzas in a fun, welcoming vibe. We're buzzing every night (especially weekends—it's the exciting kind!), and we're looking for a skilled casual cook to join our tight-knit team.

What you'll be doing:
Working the fryer and pizza sections during service
Prepping fresh from scratch—sauces, dough, marinades, and more
Keeping things flowing smoothly during peak times
Helping maintain our clean, organised kitchen (we take pride in our standards!)

What we're looking for:
1–2 years' experience in a fast-paced commercial kitchen (high-volume pubs or venues a bonus!)
Strong knife skills and great timing
Ability to stay calm, clean, and effective under pressure
Versatile availability for days,



nights, and weekends
