About the role
n
We are seeking a Senior SHES Specialist to join our Helidon Manufacturing Centre and help drive a robust culture of safety, health, environment and security excellence. Partnering with leaders across the site, you'll play a critical role in managing risk, improving performance, and supporting operational success through practical, people-focused SHES leadership.
n
As a member of the Site Leadership Team, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our people, strengthening process safety, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering sustainable operational improvements across manufacturing and supply chain operations.

Drive Process Safety and Major Hazard Risk Management Excellence
n
Provide Technical SHES Leadership and Regulatory Expertise
n
Lead Assurance, Audit, and Incident Investigation Programs
n
Deliver Continuous Improvement and Risk Reduction Initiatives
n
Build Organisational SHES Capability and Safety Culture
n
