We are looking for an Occupational Therapist looking for a new opportunity to lead a team of multi-disc team professionals. THE ROLE:
n
n
Completing high-quality NDIS assessments and intervention services
n




Developing reports and intervention plans that are forward thinking and efficient
n
Guide and develop your team whilst assisting them on a day to day basis with challenges that arise
n
Deliver training, induction and supervision when required
n
n
SELECTION CRITERIA:
n
n
Qualification in Occupational Therapy
n
Passion to lead and help other staff members grow!
n
At least 2 years NDIS experience or exposure
n
Experience in assistive technology
n
Valid National Police Clearance
n
Full AHPRA registration
n
Ability to build rapport quickly & maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
n
Can work autonomously
n
Problem solving, prioritising & time management skills
n
