Job Description
NRMA is seeking an Inbound Customer Sales Representative to be the first contact for prospective customers and members seeking to purchase or amend Roadside Assistance membership, using targeted questions to identify needs and offer helpful solutions, creating a memorable experience. This is a full time, 35-hour per week role in a hybrid setup, with a rotational 8am–6pm roster, Monday to Sunday (public holidays).
