Our client is seeking an organised and motivated SHEQ Coordinator / Administrator to support the ongoing management of safety, quality and environmental systems across a diverse portfolio of projects.

This role is ideal for someone looking to further develop their career in SHEQ while working alongside experienced operational and project teams in a fast-paced environment. You'll play a key role in maintaining compliance systems, coordinating training and inductions, managing documentation, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Maintain SHEQ documentation and compliance records
n
Coordinate training, competencies and inductions
n
Assist with audits, inspections and corrective actions




n
Maintain incident and action registers
n
Support reporting and SHEQ performance tracking
n
Assist with mobilisation and contractor compliance
n
Provide general administrative support to the SHEQ team
n
n
About You
n
n
Previous experience in a SHEQ, HSEQ, Safety or Compliance Administration role
n
Strong organisational and communication skills
n
High attention to detail
n
Proficient with Microsoft Office
n
Experience in construction, infrastructure, renewables, mining or industrial environments highly regarded
n
