What you'll be doing
n
n
Oversee and coordinate daily job allocation, ensuring drivers, routes, and vehicles are scheduled accurately and efficiently
n
Manage and monitor subcontractors, ensuring robust performance, compliance, and service quality
n
Oversee day-to-day collection and recycling operations, maintaining strict safety, service standards, and environmental compliance
n
Conduct end-of-day debriefs, monitor timelines and breaks, and ensure all routes are completed as scheduled
n
Support driver inductions, training, and development
n
Manage operational reporting, assist with incident follow-ups, and coordinate vehicle maintenance with the workshop.

What you'll bring

Supervisory or leadership experience in operations, logistics, or fleet management
n
Strong skills in scheduling, dispatch, and resource planning

Excellent communication and a customer-first mindset
n
Proactive, solution-focused, and results-driven approach
n
High attention to detail with solid administration, reporting and Microsoft Office skills.

Waste industry experience highly regarded
