What You'll Do
n

Call customers who've enquired about saving on their utility bills
n
Understand their needs and recommend the best plan or provider
n
Handle objections with confidence (we'll train you)
n
Hit daily conversion and quality targets and celebrate your wins
n
Learn from ongoing coaching, roleplays, and real feedback sessions
n
n
Who You Are
n
n




You've got at least 6 months in a customer-facing or sales role (retail, call centre, charity, advertising. car sales — all excellent)
n
Confident on the phone and love a good challenge
n
You get a buzz from closing deals and beating your own targets
n
Team player who wants to build a long-term career
n
Available full-time, onsite — and thrive in a lively sales floor
n
