We are seeking an experienced and motivated Safety & Compliance Manager to be based at our Head Office in Wangara, Western Australia
n
About the Role
n
The Safety & Compliance Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for the development, implementation and ongoing management of SDA's Health, Safety, Environmental, Compliance and Training systems.
n
This role works closely with company leadership, site supervisors and field crews to ensure consistent safety standards, strong regulatory compliance and continuous improvement across all operations.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead and maintain SDA's safety, environmental, compliance and training frameworks
n
Develop, implement and maintain HSE management systems aligned with legislative and company requirements
n
Provide practical safety leadership and support to management, supervisors and field personnel
n
Conduct audits,



inspections, incident investigations and risk assessments
n
Liaise with clients to ensure compliance, reporting and alignment with set standards
n
Support site leadership through regular field engagement
n
Undertake periodic site visits to support operations and verify compliance
n
n
About You
n
You will be able to demonstrate:
n
n
Proven experience in a senior safety or compliance role (drilling or mining industry experience highly regarded)
n
Tertiary qualifications in Health & Safety or a related discipline
n
Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
Advanced proficiency in the MS Office Suite
n
High attention to detail with strong planning and time-management abilities
n
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset suited to a fast-paced operational setting
n
