Capital S.M.A.R.T Brookvale is seeking a Customer Service Officer to be the first point of contact for our customers, providing up-to-date information about repairs and ensuring confidence that their vehicle is in capable hands.

This permanent role runs Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm. You will greet customers, share repair updates, maintain a welcoming workplace, and support the vehicle return process.
