About The Role
n
Our client is currently seeking Production Workers to be based out of their Carrara factory. As a Production Worker, you will be required to work between 5:00am to 1:30pm, Monday to Friday, with the occasional Saturday. The successful candidates will be required to complete the below duties:
n
n
Sand, smooth, and shape fibreglass components using hand tools and power sanders
n
Inspect fibreglass products for defects, cracks, or air bubbles and perform necessary repairs
n
Apply fillers or resins where required to achieve a smooth finish
n
Operate sanding machines and maintain proper sanding techniques to avoid damage to materials
n
Clean and maintain sanding equipment and work areas to ensure efficiency and safety
n




Assist with other fibreglass preparation tasks as required, such as trimming or cutting components
n

Drivers license + transport

Previous factory experience
n
On the job training provided
n
Willingness to pass a Drug & Alcohol and Pre-Employment Medical

Physically fit
