n We are seeking an experienced Payroll & Finance Officer to join our team in Adelaide. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys a wide-ranging role across payroll and finance and can make an immediate contribution to a busy and collaborative team.
n About the Role
n Reporting to the Finance team, you will deliver accurate and timely payroll processing while providing broader support across finance and administration functions.
n Key Responsibilities
n • End‐to‐end payroll processing
n • Maintaining payroll records and employee data
n • Processing current starters, terminations and payroll changes
n • Managing payroll queries and ensuring payroll compliance




n • Accounts payable and accounts receivable support
n • Bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliations
n • Assisting with month‐end reporting
n • Maintaining financial records and documentation
n • Supporting the Finance team with administrative and reporting requirements
n About You
n • Previous experience in payroll and finance/accounts administration
n • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
n • Sound understanding of payroll legislation and compliance requirements
n • Experience with accounting and payroll systems
n • Strong organisational and time‐management skills
n • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
n • Positive, proactive and team‐focused approach
