Are you an experienced Site Manager with a proven track record in structural remediation and multi-residential refurbishments?

We are seeking a hands-on, high-caliber Remedial Site Manager to oversee key multi-storey residential projects acrossBrisbane, QLD.
n
In this role, you will take full ownership of on-site operations—managing specialist trades, driving strict safety standards, and ensuring complex concrete, waterproofing, and facade repair scopes are delivered on time and to the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Site Leadership: Direct day-to-day operations on multi-residential sites, ensuring works strictly align with architectural specs, structural engineer details, and Australian Standards.
n
Trade & Subcontractor Management: Coordinate specialist remedial trades (concrete repairers, waterproofers, abseilers, scaffolders, and tilers) to maintain project velocity.
n
Quality Assurance (QA): Implement rigorous step-by-step QA sign-offs across substrate prep, membrane installation, and structural repairs to eliminate defect risks.
n
WHS & Compliance: Enforce strict site safety, environmental controls, and SWMS compliance—particularly regarding high-risk work, scaffolding, and working at heights.
n
Client & PM Collaboration: Work side-by-side with Project Managers, Superintendents,



and Strata/Body Corporate representatives to provide accurate progress reporting and manage site logistics smoothly.

What We Are Looking For
n
n
Remedial Expertise: Essential background in multi-residential or commercial building remediation (e.g., concrete spall repair, balcony overhauls, facade restoration, and liquid/sheet membrane replacement).
n
Proven Track Record: 3 to 5+ years of site management experience leading structural remedial projects in Australia.
n
Technical Sharpness: In-depth understanding of diagnostic reports, waterproofing systems, concrete repair mortars, injection resin, and structural support systems.
n
Robust Communicator: Ability to liaise effectively with live-in residents, body corporates, and engineers while maintaining firm authority with subbies on-site.
n
Tickets & Credentials: White Card, relevant Trade Qualification or Building degree, Working at Heights certification, and a current driver's licence.
