Job Description
Norco Co-Operative Limited in Australia is seeking a Full time NDIS In Home and Social Services Coordinator to oversee and coordinate in-home, social and community services for participants.

You will work closely with participants, families, guardians, Support Workers, allied health professionals and key stakeholders to deliver person-centred supports and outcomes, while ensuring compliance with NDIS standards and funding arrangements.
