Administrative Officer 7 - Remuneration Package Range $138,289 - $148,633 (including salary $117,356 - $126,251)

What You'll Do
n

Lead commercial activities across a technically complex project, ensuring contractual obligations are met and risks are managed
n
Oversee head contract administration, progress claims, variations and notices
n
Manage procurement strategy and execution across all trade packages
n
Monitor project costs and produce monthly financial reports
n

What You'll Bring
n
n




Degree qualified in Construction Law, Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related
n
Proven 10 years experience delivering the commercial function on large-scale projects
n
Strong understanding of construction contracts and relevant legislation
n
Experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
n
