About The Role
n
We are looking for a full-time Revenue Assurance Officer to join our team on a fixed-term or permanent basis.
n
The Revenue Assurance Officer is responsible for providing central accounts administration services while overseeing accounts and debt management activities across a designated practice or region.
n
In this role, you will support the efficient management of patient and third-party accounts, debt recovery processes, electronic claiming, and account-related technologies. You will play a key role within the Central Accounts Team, ensuring compliance with billing processes and revenue assurance requirements.

About You
n
n




Extensive experience in accounts administration, debt management and billing processes.
n
Strong understanding of Medicare, MBS requirements, electronic claiming and account management systems.
n
Demonstrated experience managing complex accounts and debt recovery activities.
n
Proven ability to analyse reporting and identify opportunities for process improvement.
n
Experience providing training, coaching and support to team members and stakeholders.
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
n
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
n
High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
n
Ability to prioritise competing demands and manage workloads effectively.
n
Collaborative leadership style with a focus on service excellence and continuous improvement.
n
Ability to remain composed under pressure and deliver positive outcomes in a quick-paced environment.
n
Experience within healthcare, medical administration or radiology services will be highly regarded.
