Job Description
This role was created to provide a training ground for an HR Advisor to develop from a Senior HR Advisor, into an HR Business Partner.

THE POSITION
n
The Senior HR Advisor works in a supportive HR team and is hands-on in providing end-to-end generalist support to their allocated Business Units. It is an evenly spread, value-add role where you will work across HR projects, HR cyclical events, and ER/IR/PM, giving you the prospect to put your skills and experience from your current generalist HR Advisor role into a position that will give you your own client group, the autonomy to build meaningful and proactive relationships with your stakeholders, and to refine your skills to take you to the next step towards an HR Business Partner role.

This is a people-focused position,
and strong partnering skills across medium sized client groups and the ability to forge solid trustworthy relationships are fundamental to the success of this position. You are looking for more autonomy, more hands-on partnering, and the ability to make a difference. You need to be resilient, empathetic and enjoy being hands-on. You must have end to end, mid to high level volume of advisory experience across grievances, performance management, disciplinary processes, and terminations pass probationary periods.

This position would suit an HR Advisor looking to step up who has been hands-on and wants to own their own client group.
