About the Opportunity
n
We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Change Manager to lead and embed complex organisational change across our business. Working across business, technology, operations, risk and client-facing functions, you will ensure changes to systems, processes, products and ways of working are effectively implemented, adopted and sustained.
n
You will work closely with transformation leads, project teams and business stakeholders to coordinate change activities, minimise disruption and ensure our people and clients are ready for change.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Develop and deliver change management strategies for enterprise-wide initiatives.
n
Assess change impacts across people, processes, technology, roles, controls and client experience.
n
Develop integrated change plans covering stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness and adoption.
n
Build strong relationships with senior leaders,



project teams and business stakeholders to drive engagement and commitment.
n
Develop and coordinate communications, training and capability initiatives to support successful implementation.
n
Lead business readiness, implementation, transition and post-launch activities.
n
Monitor adoption, identify barriers and risks, and implement strategies to support sustainable change.
n
Provide reporting and insights on change readiness, risks, impacts and adoption to senior leadership.
n
Maintain an enterprise-wide view of concurrent initiatives, change capacity and potential change saturation.
n
Establish consistent change management practices, tools and standards across the organisation.
n
Coach leaders and project teams to build effective change capability and embed changes into business-as-usual operations.

About You
n
n
Extensive change management experience in financial services, wealth management or another regulated industry.
n
Proven track record delivering complex, enterprise-wide transformation across business and technology.
n
Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, communications, impact assessment, readiness and adoption.
n
Confident influencing senior leaders and working across multiple teams and competing priorities.
n
Experience working in Agile, hybrid and traditional environments.
n
Excellent communication, facilitation, judgement and problem-solving skills.
n

Qualifications
n
n
Tertiary qualification in Business, HR, Psychology, Communications or a related field.
n
