As a Principal Consultant, you will provide technical and delivery leadership across some of our largest Data & AI engagements.
n
You will:
n
n
Lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI, Machine Learning and Data Science projects from discovery through to production deployment and value realization.
n
Partner with business and technology leaders to identify opportunities where AI can solve meaningful business problems.
n
Lead multidisciplinary teams of Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Data Engineers and Solution Architects.
n
Design scalable AI solutions spanning predictive analytics, optimisation, forecasting, recommendation systems, natural language processing and Generative AI.
n
Guide clients through the full Machine Learning lifecycle including experimentation, feature engineering, model development, deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement.
n
Design modern AI architectures using Azure, Databricks and Snowflake ecosystems.
n
Help clients establish production-ready AI capabilities including MLOps, Responsible AI, model governance and AI operating models.
n
Lead client workshops, architecture reviews and executive steering committees.
n
Shape solution approaches during pre-sales engagements, RFx responses and proposal development.
n
Mentor senior consultants, Data Scientists and ML Engineers while helping grow NTT DATA's AI capability.
n
Contribute to reusable frameworks, accelerators, reference architectures and thought leadership across AI and Data Science.

Essential Experience
n
n
12+ years' experience delivering enterprise Data Science, Machine Learning or AI solutions.
n
Demonstrated experience leading complex AI projects from business problem definition through to production deployment.
n
Strong consulting experience working directly with enterprise clients and executive stakeholders.
n
Experience leading multidisciplinary delivery teams across Data Science, Machine Learning, Data Engineering and Architecture.
n
Proven ability to balance technical leadership with commercial outcomes and client relationship management.
n

You'll be recognized by peers as someone who understands how Machine Learning works in practice, can engage confidently with senior executives, and enjoys helping organizations adopt AI responsibly and at scale.

You are equally comfortable discussing model performance with Data Scientists as you are presenting AI roadmaps to CIOs and business executives.
n
Highly Desirable
n
Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science or a related quantitative discipline.
n
Azure AI Engineer Associate, Azure Data Scientist Associate, Databricks Machine Learning Qualified, Snowflake AI or equivalent certifications.
n
n
Experience building enterprise MLOps capabilities.
n
Experience establishing Responsible AI governance frameworks.
n
Experience delivering AI solutions in regulated industries.
n
Contributions to open-source AI projects, publications or conference presentations.
n
