Seeking skilled AI Agent, Copilot, and Test Managers to drive digital innovation, data quality, and AI capability within a flexible, hybrid team environment.
n
An AI Agent developer designs, builds, deploys and maintains AI-powered applications, agents and automation solutions using Microsoft Azure AI services and Azure AI Foundry.
n
Job Duties and Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
n
n
Digital Enablement & Agent Configuration
n
Configure and deploy Foundry agents tailored to business needs, including summarisation, document drafting, and decision support.
n
Integrate Foundry with enterprise data sources (e.g. SharePoint, Outlook, Teams) to extend its knowledge base
n
Maintain and iterate agent prompts, workflows, and templates to improve relevance and usability.
n
Support onboarding, training, and communication activities aligned with the Copilot Change and Communication Plan
n
Assist in developing learning assets and user guides for Copilot features and agent use.
n
Develop code specific to AI languages
n
Ensure agent configurations comply with privacy, security, and ethical AI standards.
n




Contribute to architectural reviews and transition-to-service planning
n
Support benefits realisation and risk reporting engines
n
Conduct surveys and usage evaluations to inform future iterations
n
Benchmark agent performance against DTA standards for productivity and quality
n
Provide feedback to improve cross-app functionality and insight generation
n
Demonstrated proficiency in configuring AI tools with Microsoft Foundry and understands their impact on our systems.
n
The extent to which the candidate tailor's agents to meet user needs and improve service outcomes.
n
The extent to which the candidate integrates agents with enterprise systems and ensures secure, scalable performance.
n
Candidate supports change management and adoption strategies for generative AI tools.
n

Qualifications:
n
n
Relevant qualifications such as degree in computer science.
n
Certifications in Azure related skills.
n
Relevant experience in Foundry/Azure administration
n
Demonstrated ability to configure Agents securely and safely.
n
Practical experience with generative AI models and prompt engineering for enterprise applications.
n
Demonstrated expertise in integrating AI solutions with cloud infrastructure.
n
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in digital environments.
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, including experience delivering user training or workshops.
n
Knowledge of best practices in ethical AI deployment and a proactive approach to addressing bias and fairness.
