Monday-Friday Roster Generous Salary Package Locally Owned WA Business We're seeking a Logistics Operations Coordinator based in Cardup, supporting Cardup and Mundijong operations.
This role combines office administration with hands-on logistics, including delivery coordination, stock control and liaising with internal teams and customers.
Ideal for someone with logistics experience who enjoys a varied, quick-paced role in a close-knit WA business.
About the Role Based at our clients Cardup site, you'll play an integral part in ensuring the site operations run smoothly day-to-day.
While office duties form 50% of the role, ideally we are seeking someone with solid logistics experience who can confidently coordinate deliveries, stock and internal workflows.
You will support both our clients Cardup and Mundijong operations, working closely with internal sales, yard staff and valued customers.
Key Responsibilities • Coordinate daily delivery runs and support the logistics workflow • Liaise with internal sales teams, customers and yard staff • Assist with stock control,



procurement and maintaining stock levels • Process orders and support general office administration • Manage records, including daily visitor logs • Arrange timely repairs and maintenance for plant and equipment • Support ad-hoc operational needs as required What You'll Bring • Strong logistics knowledge (within a small to mid-scale, hands-on workplace) • A high level of customer service and communication • Confidence using computer systems and learning new processes • A proactive, mature and motivated approach to work • Experience in the timber or building industry is highly desirable • Someone who takes pride in delivering high standards • Ideally located near Cardup for an easy daily commute Role Details • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–******pm • Salary: $85,000 + Super • Location: Cardup If you're looking to join a close-knit team, enjoy variety in your day and want to make a meaningful impact within a long-standing WA business, we'd love to hear from you.
