Position: Delivery Project Manager

Overview:
n
An opportunity exists for an experienced and driven Delivery Project Manager to lead the execution of a major data centre development currently in the approvals phase. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of a hyperscale facility, from concept design through to practical completion and handover. The ideal candidate will thrive in complex, rapid-paced environments and bring a solutions-focused mindset to the management of large infrastructure builds.

Key Responsibilities:
n
Lead and manage all phases of the project lifecycle alongside the Project Director, including planning, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
n
Drive successful construction delivery while maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
n
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project alignment and integration.
n
Monitor program schedules, budget performance, and critical milestones, proactively managing risk and delays.
n
Ensure continued compliance with all relevant authority approvals, development conditions, and statutory requirements.
n




Represent the project in stakeholder meetings and report on progress to senior leadership and external partners.
n
Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement across all delivery partners.

About You:
n
Experienced in delivering complex infrastructure or data centre projects in a leadership capacity.
n
Comfortable working in high-performance, evolving environments and managing multiple priorities.
n
Confident communicator with strong issue-resolution and stakeholder management skills.
n
Proficient with construction project management tools such as MS Project, Procore, and Aconex.
n
Strong understanding of construction methodologies, drawings, and industry regulations.
n
Collaborative, energetic, and driven to achieve high-quality project outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience:
n
Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
n
Minimum of 5 years experience in project delivery within the construction or data centre sectors.
n
Proven background working with or managing general contractors, particularly on structure and fit-out phases.
n
Prior exposure to data centre or mission-critical environments is highly regarded.
