About the role

Capital Flavours Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Baker to join our team in Canberra, ACT. This is a full time position that will see you play a key role in the production and preparation of high-quality baked goods for our customers. As an integral member of our close-knit bakery team, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills and passion for baking in a fast-paced, energetic environment.

What you'll be doing
Preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods to our exacting standards
Ensuring all products meet our high-quality standards for taste, texture, and presentation
Assisting with the setup and maintenance of baking equipment and work areas
Collaborating with the team to develop new recipes and improve existing ones
Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations
Providing exceptional customer service and responding to any queries or requests

What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Baker or Pastry Chef in a commercial bakery or similar environment
Formal qualifications in baking or patisserie.
Excellent technical baking skills and a keen eye for detail
Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment




Strong problem-solving and time management skills
Passion for creating delicious baked goods and a commitment to using high-quality ingredients
