There is already an experienced BDM in place, so you will be joining a business with existing structure, support and a clear appetite for further growth.
Your focus is simple: generate new managements, build relationships and grow the rent roll.
This is not a role where you sit back and wait for leads.
They want someone who is proactive, commercially minded and confident creating their own opportunities.

Who We're Looking For You do not need to come from a traditional Property Management background.
We are open to strong performers from: Property Management Business Development Residential Real Estate Sales Mortgage Broking or Finance Property Investment Other high-performance business development environments What matters is that you are: Confident picking up the phone and prospecting Strong at building long-term relationships Commercial, polished and credible with investors Self-motivated and accountable Comfortable working towards clear targets Motivated by strong earning potential Someone who creates opportunities rather than waiting for them A background in finance, lending or investment would be particularly attractive, especially if you can confidently have broader conversations with investors around their property portfolio.
