Job description Lead Support Worker Full-Time | Moe Position Details · Fulltime · Monday to Friday · SCHADS Award Level 4 – pay point 1 · $92,286 plus Super and Salary Packaging Make a difference every day.
Our client is a respected NDIS provider supporting adults with intellectual disabilities to build independence, achieve their goals, and participate fully in their community.
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Lead Support Worker to provide high-quality support to participants while guiding and mentoring a team of Disability Support Workers.
About the Role Reporting to the General Manager, you will: Support participants to achieve their goals using person-centred practices.
Promote independence, social inclusion, and community participation.
Provide leadership, coaching, and support to Disability Support Workers.
Assist with program planning, delivery, and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with NDIS standards and organisational policies.
Advocate for participants and contribute to positive outcomes.
About You You will bring: Certificate IV (or higher) in Disability, Community Services, Health, or a related field (or working towards).
Experience supporting people with disability in an NDIS environment.
Knowledge of NDIS Quality Safeguards requirements.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with ShiftCare, Employment Hero, and Microsoft 365 (desirable).
A genuine passion for inclusion, empowerment, and person-centred support.
