For Purpose Aged Care is seeking a Resident Care & Wellbeing Assistant to support residents, primarily in the Memory Support Wing. The role involves delivering lifestyle programs, using digital tools, and ensuring compassionate, person-centred care.

40 hours across six days per fortnight, with a focus on wellbeing and engagement. The successful candidate will have Cert III in Ageing, robust communication, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a supportive team.
