You'll lead an established, self-reliant team and create a warm, welcoming and personalised customer experience in a category where fit, comfort and confidence really matter .
$45K + Super | 25 hours per week | No late nights | 3-day weekend every month What you'll be responsible for Lead and motivate an established team to deliver exceptional customer service Drive store performance, KPIs and commercial results Coach and develop your team through regular feedback and support Create a positive, inclusive and customer-first store culture Oversee daily operations,
