About the Role A great opportunity has opened for an experienced Credit officer or Senior credit controller (Assets Specialist) to join a well-established organisation's recoveries function.
Sitting within a small, focused team, you'll manage a portfolio of complex, higher-risk accounts and negotiate structured recovery outcomes directly with customers.
What You'll Be Doing Managing a portfolio of complex, aged, or higher-risk accounts Negotiating payment plans and recovery arrangements Handling difficult conversations professionally,
