About the role As a Senior Solution Designer, you will translate business and project requirements into technology solutions, working between architecture and delivery teams.
You will own solution design from concept through to implementation, guide squads, engineers and tech leads through solution decisions, produce solution documentation and design artefacts, present solution options and justify recommended approaches, engage stakeholders and obtain solution approvals, and challenge thinking and contribute ideas rather than simply following direction.
