The business is built on sustainability and intentional design, and it's looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join its Rockhampton store on a permanent basis.
In this role, you'll lead the customer experience, develop your team, and drive sales through product knowledge and genuine relationship-building, while supporting the day-to-day operations that keep the store running smoothly.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences through feature and benefit selling, with tailored advice on furniture, fabrics, and homewares Coach and develop your team to build product knowledge and confidence in showcasing new collections Support store operations including rostering, ordering,
