We're on the lookout for a Service Advisor who's all about great customer service, smooth operations, and keeping our machines in top shape.
You'll be the go-to person for our Bowral branch and our amazing customers – making sure their gear gets the TLC it deserves.
What you'll be doing: Crafting clear, competitive quotes for service jobs Booking in customer jobs and keeping the schedule humming Handling warranty claims and product improvements like a pro Reviewing repair orders and helping get invoices out the door Tracking performance data to help us keep getting better and more!
