Sierra PropertyCom is looking for professional consultants to assist with customer service on a part time, full time, or casual basis.

The role will be over the phone, email and face to face/on construction site, working as part of a settlements team to assist property buyers with their upcoming property settlement.

This role is for an individual that has demonstrated experience and encompasses the following qualities;

Customer service oriented
Great phone manner
Professional email etiquette
Has attention to detail
Focused and Committed to completing tasks successfully by their deadlines
Able to work under pressure
Able to work as part of a team
Is a responsible and reliable team member
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong English – written and verbal
Outbound telemarketing experience – preferred but not essential
Comfortable walking around construction sites
White Card is Mandatory. Can obtain after position is confirmed.





This is a work from home and in office position, however, we often catch up online on a weekly and/or fortnightly basis.

Remuneration type is flexible and based on experience. Minimum rate is $30 per hour plus super.
