What are we looking for?

Must have Approved Managers red card from liquor and gaming
2+ years experience in a similar leadership role
Availability to work wide-ranging shifts including weekends and public holidays as per business demands
Demonstrated ability to 'surprise' our guests
Confidence and the ability to approach people to initiate conversations
A KPI driven and customer service focused individual
You are genuinely passionate about food and beverage
Effective time management and multi-tasking skills
High security awareness
Outcome driven approach to performance and results
Current Licensed Manager Alcohol and First Aid certification
Unlimited working rights in Australia

Desirable:
Previous cinema experience
Understanding of AV equipment, set-up and presentation
