Betta People is currently seeking a reliable and physically capable Scaffold Labourer for work based in Kallangur.

This role offers consistent Monday-to-Friday work, with the possibility of becoming ongoing for someone who demonstrates excellent reliability, a solid work ethic and the ability to meet the physical demands of the position.

Duties will include:
Loading and unloading scaffolding and other materials
Carrying and lifting scaffolding components
Lifting materials above head height
Assisting scaffolders and other trades as required
General site cleaning and maintaining a tidy work area
Completing other general labouring duties as directed

To be considered, you must:
Hold a current Construction White Card
Have steel-cap safety boots, high-visibility clothing and a hard hat
Be physically fit and capable of repetitive heavy lifting,



including above-head lifting
Have reliable transport to Kallangur for early morning starts
Be available Monday to Friday
Be punctual, dependable and committed to attending every confirmed shift
Follow workplace health and safety requirements
Have full Australian working rights

Previous scaffolding, construction or heavy labouring experience will be highly regarded but is not essential for the right candidate.

This is a physically demanding role and would suit someone who enjoys hands-on work, works well as part of a team and is looking for consistent weekday employment.
