We are looking to hire hardworking and enthusiastic people to commence as Apprentice Bakers and join our team at Bakers Delights Berowra (no experience is necessary).

Completing an Apprenticeship with Bakers Delight involves more than just going to school or training. Our Apprentices are hands-on from day one. You will learn the art and science of baking through formal training, through one-on-one coaching and support from baking team members and through practice, practice, practice.

At Bakers Delight, our Apprentices are responsible for:
Baking and presenting quality product to meet changing customer needs
Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the bakery
-Assisting the Production Manager with stock control and production expenses
Learning new skills and products
Providing delightful customer service when required

To be eligible for an Australian Apprenticeship you must be an Australian Citizen or a Permanent Resident.
