We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to take ownership of a section within our kitchen at an iconic recent restaurant within the Powerhouse Museum, Parramatta. You'll bring precision, consistency, and energy to every service, helping deliver a dining experience that is confident, contemporary, and distinctly Western Sydney, as part of a kitchen team built to lead the way.

What You'll Do
Take full ownership of an assigned section during service
Prepare, cook, and present dishes to exacting standards
Manage mise en place, stock rotation, and section cleanliness
Work in close step with the wider kitchen team during service
Support junior team members and help maintain a smooth, disciplined kitchen

What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy, quality-focused kitchen




Solid knife skills and section discipline
Ability to stay composed and consistent under pressure
A genuine pride in your craft and your section
