LEAFE’S is growing across multiple pop-up locations, and we’re looking for a Trainee Team Leader who is ready to take the next step in their retail career.

This is an prospect for someone who enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude and wants to develop their leadership skills.

About the Role

As a Trainee Team Leader, you will work alongside our management team and gradually take on additional responsibilities, including:
Supporting staff during pop-up shifts
Helping with setup and pack-down
Supporting customer service and sales
Keeping displays clean, organised and fully stocked
Helping new team members learn our procedures
Monitoring staff engagement and performance
Assisting with daily operations
Communicating issues and updates to management
Learning how to coordinate a small retail team
Working towards becoming a fully appointed Team Leader

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who:
Has a positive and professional attitude




Enjoys working with customers and a team
Is reliable and punctual
Has good communication skills
Can take initiative and lead by example
Is comfortable working independently when required
Has an interest in developing their leadership skills
Previous retail experience is helpful but not essential
